How to Register for a WSWC Tournament

Step 1 – Create Your WSWC Membership

First, make sure you have created a WSWC EMS account here: https://wswc.ca/wswc-membership

If you do not already have an account with the IWWF EMS system, please send Rebecca the following details to rer648@gmail.com

  • Your full name or the name of your athlete

  • Email address

  • WSWC membership number

  • Names of any family members you’d like linked to your account

Once received she will then create an invitation from the IWWF EMS system, prompting you to create your account, set a password, and access the system for tournament registration.

Step 2 – Purchase Your IWWF License ($25 USD)

A IWWF license is required for all RC and RL tournaments.

Here’s how to get it through your IWWF EMS account:

  1. Log in to your IWWF EMS account: https://ems.iwwf.sport

  2. Click on My Profile in the top right corner.

  3. Select Purchase IWWF Licenses under personal information. (It's a blue square button)

  4. Click the “+ New order” button.

  5. Select the 2025 season in the drop-down menu

  6. Click the "+ Add License"

  7. Select the Athlete you want and Unlimited Competitions if you're going to ski more than 1 tournament – $25 USD.

  8. Complete the payment via credit card.

Step 3 – Register for a Tournament

  1. Log in to https://ems.iwwf.sport

  2. Click My Competitions in the side menu

  3. Click "+ New Participation"

  4. Use the Filters to find Canada under Country and press Search.

  5. Click on the tournament name for details.

  6. Press Select on the tournament you would like to enter.

  7. The rest leads you through it

** The payment is not on yet for Ontario tournaments, we are still figuring that out, but you can still register for tournaments.**

Also, she can't add you as an official. If you or anyone you know are planning on being an official, drive, or score this summer please let me know and I will make Katie at WSWC aware. If you run into any issues or have questions at any point in the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out — Rebecca will be happy to help.
