Booking Policy

1. Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards through our online booking platform.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans change!

• Lessons: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Camps: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the first day of camp for a full refund. After this window, refunds will only be issued in the case of a documented medical emergency.

3. No-Shows:
If you miss your lesson or camp day without notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

4. Weather Policy:
We ski rain or shine! However, in the case of unsafe weather (lightning, high winds, etc.), we may delay or reschedule your session. If a session must be cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

1. Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your group booking or private event. This amount will be outlined during your booking process.

2. Final Headcount:
Please provide your final group size at least 5 days in advance so we can plan accordingly.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for group events must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations within 7 days are subject to partial or full charges depending on staffing and resource planning.

Universal Lesson Packages and Credits

• Credits can be shared between friends and family

• Once a credit is used, it becomes non-refundable

• Credits can be applied to private lessons or eligible events, but cannot be used for tournaments

Camp Packages

• Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the registered participant

• Valid only for the camp session they were purchased for

We provide all necessary equipment for lessons and camps, including skis, boards, life jackets, and ropes.
Please note: Wetsuits and gloves are optional and not included, but are available for purchase in our Pro Shop.
